Hello everyone, the book is up on Amazon(they are doing their review now), plain paperback edge.
Now if you want a spiral edged binding so it can lay flat, Amazon does not do that but I found a place that will, so am still working out the logistics of that aspect but I expect full sales to begin for both hopefully by end of month.
